Jubail Contracting Construction Company (JCC), is a Jordanian Company established in 2012 and holds the following classifications issued by the Ministry
of Public Works and Housing: 1st Grade in Buildings Construction. 2nd Grade in Electromechanics & Renewable Energy. 4th Grade in road construction and Maintenance.
JCC had previously completed the construction of several Projects: All types of Buildings, Bridges, Drainage structures, Landscape work, Electro-mechanical work, operation and maintenance work, and roads and infrastructure networks.
JCC, besides its strong financial capabilities and stands in securing the financial resources necessary, depends on its assets, such as but not limited to; equipment, machines, cranes, Formwork systems...etc., that ensure and facilitate efficient progress of construction in a timely manner which meets the project milestones & to complete the projects successfully for all parties, & deliver the projects comfortably in JCC’s mission of producing the best quality.
JCC's most valuable assets are its key personnel; project managers, Superintendents, and Engineers, who were chosen with high caliber, qualifications and appropriate experience, in parallel with highly Skilled Technicians and Laborers that allow for proper smooth construction progress.
JCC’s Planners and Schedulers are well-versed with the most updated associated software, the proper planning tool that is always used for monitoring the progress and the cost of work and measuring its progress percentage on a weekly basis.
The procurement department is another area of expertise that JCC possesses; procurement is considered crucial for the successful delivery of construction project.
JCC has a list of leading Vendors and Suppliers in Jordan and all over the world that comprised the successful arm of JCC in most of its construction projects; Vendors that provide the appropriate support and expertise in selecting the right products that meet or exceed the project specifications.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control are treated as the priority to JCC in the execution stages, strictly abiding by what is tabulated in its Quality Plan.
Finally, the safety and loss prevention program implemented by JCC in all of its projects is what distinguishes JCC from other contractors; safety is always first and JCC’s safety officers are self-motivated and fully supported by the management to maintain a safe environment and prevent loss of lives in the project at all times.
JCC holds and maintains ISO certifications (ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System), (ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System), & (ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System), & implements them in every aspect of the project’s life cycle.
