Project Overview

The project involves the construction of a new educational facility comprising nine classrooms and a dedicated toilet block. This expansion is designed to enhance the educational environment, providing additional space for learning and essential amenities for students and staff.

The scope of work is extensive and begins with the demolition of existing reinforced concrete walls, a process that will be carried out with precision to ensure the safety and integrity of the surrounding structures. Following the demolition, excavation work will be undertaken to prepare the site for the new construction. This will include detailed excavation, filling, and backfilling operations to create a stable foundation for the new building.

Once the groundwork is completed, the construction will proceed with the installation of reinforced concrete, ensuring the structural integrity of the classrooms and toilet block. The project will also involve masonry work, including the construction of block walls, which will form the core structure of the new facilities.

In addition to the structural elements, the project will include high-quality wood and aluminum works. These will be used for doors, windows, and other architectural features, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Insulation will be integrated into the construction to enhance energy efficiency and comfort within the building.

Comprehensive electrical and mechanical systems will be installed, providing reliable power, lighting, and climate control throughout the new classrooms and toilet block. A gray water system will also be implemented, reflecting a commitment to sustainability by allowing for the recycling of wastewater for non-potable uses.
