Project Overview

The project entails the construction of a new educational facility that will consist of seven well-equipped classrooms and a dedicated toilet block. This development is designed to significantly improve the school’s infrastructure, providing much-needed additional space for educational activities and essential facilities for the comfort and convenience of students and staff.

The scope of work for this project is comprehensive and begins with the careful demolition of existing reinforced structures. This phase will be conducted with meticulous attention to safety protocols, ensuring that the surrounding areas and buildings are protected during the process. Once the demolition is completed, extensive excavation work will commence. This will involve preparing the site for the new construction by removing existing materials and ensuring the ground is properly leveled and stabilized.

Following the excavation, the next phase involves filling and backfilling operations. These steps are crucial for establishing a solid foundation, which is necessary for the stability and longevity of the new structures. The construction will then proceed with the pouring of concrete, forming the robust framework that will support the new classrooms and toilet block.

Masonry work will play a significant role in the project, with the construction of block walls that will form the core of the new buildings. In addition to the structural elements, the project includes high-quality wood and aluminum works. These materials will be used for doors, windows, and other architectural features, contributing to both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the buildings.

Insulation will be a key component of the construction, aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and ensuring a comfortable indoor environment for all users. The project will also encompass the installation of comprehensive electrical and mechanical systems, providing reliable power, lighting, and climate control throughout the new facilities.

A gray water system will be implemented as part of the project’s commitment to sustainability. This system will allow for the recycling of wastewater for non-potable uses, thereby reducing the environmental impact of the new construction.

The final stage of the project will include extensive site works, which involve landscaping, paving, and the integration of the new buildings into the existing school grounds. These efforts will ensure that the new classrooms and toilet block not only meet the functional needs of the school but also enhance the overall appearance and usability of the campus. Through this holistic approach, the project aims to deliver a modern, sustainable, and fully integrated addition to the educational environment, benefiting students and staff alike for years to come.
