Project Overview
The project involves the establishment of the Jordan Horticulture Knowledge and Innovation Center in Umm Al Amad, covering a total area of 1,777 square meters. The scope of work includes comprehensive civil, electromechanical, external, and finishing works to develop a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to advancing horticultural research, innovation, and knowledge dissemination.
Scope of Work:
- Civil Works: Structural construction, foundation works, concrete and masonry works, and structural reinforcements.
- Electromechanical Works: Installation of electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, plumbing, water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- External Works: Landscaping, paving, site development, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter fencing.
- Finishing Works: Interior and exterior finishing, flooring, ceiling works, painting, carpentry, and installation of fixtures and fittings to ensure a fully functional and modern facility.
This project aims to create an advanced hub for horticultural research and innovation, supporting agricultural development and knowledge sharing in Jordan.
