Project Overview
The project involves the construction of a residential wing building for teachers at the Royal Jordanian Command and Staff College, covering a total area of 3,442 square meters. The scope of work includes comprehensive structural works, architectural finishing, electromechanical systems, and external site development to deliver a fully functional and modern residential facility.
Scope of Work:
- Structural Works: Foundation construction, reinforced concrete framework, masonry, and steel reinforcements to ensure durability and stability.
- Architectural Finishing Works: Interior and exterior finishing, flooring, ceilings, wall treatments, doors, windows, painting, carpentry, and installation of fixtures to meet high-quality residential standards.
- Electromechanical Works: Installation of electrical and power distribution systems, lighting, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, plumbing, water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems to ensure full operational efficiency.
- External Works: Site preparation, landscaping, paving, pathways, parking areas, and fencing to enhance accessibility and aesthetics.
This project aims to provide comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for teachers at the Royal Jordanian Command and Staff College, ensuring a modern, safe, and high-quality living environment.
